As an active agent Managers for many years, Mike and Bob Lauro realized how difficult and competitive the Medicare Agent market space can be. So many agents knew how to sell, but when it came to the many processes it takes to run a successful business, they usually fell short and were missing a few critical parts and pieces. In 2018 Bob Lauro and Mike Lauro formed Senior Insurance Consultants Agency with the idea of helping non-Captive agents scale their business by putting processes in place that all agents need to succeed. The idea was to take only a few select noncaptive agents each year and work with them on a one-on-one basis.
